FINANCIAL SERVICES VAR/MSP NOW DELIVERING ON DEMAND SERVICES
Santa Clara CA, April 17, 2006 - SecureMyCompany, a spin-off of managed service provider BellSolutions.net, has successfully launched its new On Demand network management and security services offering. The company has leveraged Jamcracker's On Demand management software solution to rapidly go to market with these new services.
Bellsolutions.net, a Value Added Reseller and Managed Service Provider, created SecureMyCompany in response to changing client needs and to seize new revenues through the fast emerging On Demand delivery market. Within the last six months the company identified the opportunity and set forth on an aggressive launch date of April 2006.
SecureMyCompany has added and bundled three On Demand services using Jamcracker's software solution: Kaseya's Enterprise IT Management software, McAfee's Managed Security solutions and Singlefin's gateway protection services. In the future it will add more services and bundle them into specific offerings for different customers, which Jamcracker's software solution will give SecureMyCompany the flexibility to do.
SecureMyCompany used Jamcracker's expertise and On Demand Management software solution to meet its rapid go-to-market strategy. "By October of 2005, we decided to enter this market, and had detailed most of the workflows and processes we thought we needed to profitably run an On Demand Services business. We even had customers ready to consume and channel partners ready to resell, but from a technology perspective we weren't sure what to do next," stated Frank Hughes, the VP of Technical Solutions for SecureMyCompany. "In November, we met with Jamcracker and saw they had a production-ready solution that would have us in the On Demand delivery business by our April target date."
The Jamcracker On Demand management software solution makes it easy to add, bundle and deliver On Demand services that generate new revenues and it automates and streamlines all of the back end and operational processes associated with the customer lifecycle.
