SecureMyCompany SLA Credit Request Form

If the levels of service do not meet the guaranteed performance standards for the Availability, Latency, Packet Loss, Customer Notification, Average Jitter and Maximum Jitter for the SecureMyCompany services, SecureMyCompany will issue a credit according to the SecureMyCompany Service Level Agreement.

Please keep in mind that no credits will be given if:

  • The services interruption is planned maintenance by SecureMyCompany or other operations requested by you.
  • The services interruption is due to reasons of Force Majeure.
  • Credit request is not submitted in a timely manner as described in the SecureMyCompany SLA.
  • Your account is not in good standing with SecureMyCompany.
  • You do not ask to claim the credit.
